What we are currently loving!

Food:

Rocky’s Empanadas (Redmond)

Rocky’s Empanadas in Redmond is beyond delicious. As a matter of fact, we used to eat it every single Thursday. Rodrigo is from Argentina and loves being in the kitchen, preparing meals for family and friends. He is truly a master in the kitchen, because the Ham & Cheese as well as the Spinach & Cheese Empanadas are delectable. The crunchy exterior is cooked to perfection while the inside is oozing with mouthwatering melted goodness. We highly suggest Rocky’s as they have an empanada flavor for everyone.Restauraunt

Ocha Thai Kitchen & Bar (Renton)

You all have to try out Ocha! It has been highly praised by our Reddit readers! With a plethora of options, our Chicken Satay stands out as a star starter, followed closely by the ever-popular Phad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, and wrapping up with the invigorating Yum Neau Salad. Trust us, these dishes speak volumes for themselves. It's a dining experience that we recommend!

Vibes:

  • Get ready for some cold this week! Temperatures range from 30 to 49 degrees with most days this week being cloudy or partially cloudy. The weekend is going to bring in some rain so Tuesday and Wednesday make sure you are taking advantage of the sunny weather! The past week’s weather marks the coldest first three days of March in 35 years!

  • We want to start shouting out our community members! Please respond to this email if you have shared the newsletter with any of your friends and we will give you a shoutout in next week’s newsletter!

  • If you are into skiing or snowboarding you should go check out Snoqualmie Pass or Steven’s Pass! Both mountains have gotten great snow recently and both mountains are a great time
