What we are currently loving!

Food:

Los Chilangos (Redmond)

Los Chilangos was not recommended to us by anyone but it was a spur-of-the-moment decision to eat there this week. The restaurant is tucked away near the Bella Bottega movie theater, but they also have a few food trucks that roam around Issaquah, Bellevue and Kirkland. We devoured the delicious Fat Boy Breakfast Burrito, Al Pastor Torta, and the Habanero Wet Burrito. You know the food was good when we all immediately came home and took a nice nap. The restaurant was started by Oscar Mendez and his family, who came from humble beginnings to a beloved spot for authentic Mexico City street food, driven by passion, innovation, and family support. Their mission is to consistently serve delicious and affordable meals rooted in tradition and prepared with pride

Vibes:

  • We are looking to partner with local businesses to help grow our little community! If you run one or know of someone who runs please let us know and we would love to talk with them and learn more.

  • Who else enjoyed the sun this week?! It truly felt like summer! We have some more sun expected on Monday and Tuesday with some showers expected for the remainder of the week.

  • Get your final month of snow sports in! Many mountains are expected to begin slowing down operations by the end of April.
