What we are currently loving!

Food:

Kanishka Cuisine of India (Redmond)

I have been going to Kanishka in Redmond for as long as I can remember and it is one of my favorite places to get Indian food from in the Eastside. This charming spot brings in all the authentic flavors you can expect from Indian food and truly feels like a family environment. As a regular, I can't help but be captivated by the aromas that greet me upon entering. Each dish tells a story – from the fragrant biryanis to the creamy curries. Their mango lassi is also bomb.

What sets Kanishka apart is not just the food, but the genuine passion and care that goes into every meal. Whether it's the meticulously crafted spices or the heartfelt smiles from the staff, there's an unmistakable warmth that makes dining here an experience to savor. So, if you find yourself craving a taste of India or simply seeking great food, let Kanishka Cuisine of India be your place to visit.
